Hey everyone,

 

I bought my laptop around 2 months ago, and ever since I bought it, I've noticed pop-up windows, such as Windows notifications, program installations, etc are a little blurry, while main screens, such as Chrome, Outlook, etc are clear.  I've searched online for a solution, and have tried the Windows tool to fix blurry images, but this doesn't seem to make any difference.  Any suggestions?

Is anybody going to answer this???
