Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp054na

My HP Notebook prematurely closing its screen & going into sleep mode after 60 seconds of non-use. This is a  Model – HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-bp0xx -   it keeps closing. M'Soft checked & said this is an HP firmware issue. I now urgently need a solution?
