Product: Hp Envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp envy has a privacy camera shutter. The button works fine. When I press the button it does turn on and off. The problem is that there is this white cover that covers the camera and it won't move out of the way when I turn off my camera privacy. On the laptop camera, it registers that it's on but the shutter is still in the way so I can't see anything but white ( colour of the shutter). I don't know what to do to fix this.
