I just received this laptop and can't find any of the privacy features advertised on https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-spectre-x360-2-in-1-laptop-14-eu0097nr.

Which feature you are looking for ? It has builtin TPM 2.0, Fingerprint reader and few others using builtin hardware.
