HP SPECTRE x36013t-aw000

I have a HP SPECTRE x36013t-aw000.

My system was advertised as having a privacy screen.

Several videos confirm this model to have a privacy screen.

 

However I am having difficulty turning the privacy screen on as f2 or fn +f2 seems to not turn any privacy screen on.

 

Any assistance will be appreciated.

I understand that you are facing the Privacy Screen Issue.

 

Your model does not have Privacy Screen.

 

Only a few models have a Privacy Screen.

 

Please conatct our phone support and check for the support option.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
