hello, as you can see from the media I sent. My HP envy 360 is having a problem, the shutter lock is is being hectic! . Whenever I try to use my camera, the shutter lock won’t open and When i don’t want to use the camera the shutter lock will open. Does anyone else have this problem? I cant explain it very well since I’ve got no idea what’s wrong with my shuttle privacy but if anyone knows the solution for it, let me know please!!
