Brand new ProBook 450 G9. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Brand new, slept after the set-up, and has black screen ever since. Zero after sale support from HP! Keep that in mind guys!

Please, try to isolate the fault, do an electrical reset:

 

1 - Remove the power cable
2 - Hold the power button for 1 min
3 - Replace the cable and try to turn on the Laptop

 

If you use an external monitor, does it happen to generate an image?

Hello, Fabio, yes the external monitor does generate an image. I have done what you have told me but it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue!
