Brand new ProBook 450 G9. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Brand new, slept after the set-up, and has black screen ever since. Zero after sale support from HP! Keep that in mind guys!

Please, try to isolate the fault, do an electrical reset:
1 - Remove the power cable
2 - Hold the power button for 1 min
3 - Replace the cable and try to turn on the Laptop
If you use an external monitor, does it happen to generate an image?
