A month ago I purchased the HP Spectre x360 – 13-4159nd (ENERGY STAR).
I have tried to connect my laptop to an external monitor a million times via the HDMI entrance, but unfortunately without success.
The problem is with the laptop, not the screen or HDMI cable, as they work fine on another laptop.
I googled the problem and found other people had the same problem. I tried all the suggestions that were given, but still not working.
I already tried the following:
- uninstalled McCaffee
- executed all updates via HP Support Assistant
- executed all other updates
Please let me know how this problem can be solved.
