@Angi5

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
  • What is the operating system?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi!

Well the day it began the problem the only update was of Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus.

I haven’t change the settings either.

The product number is 15-bp1xx and it is Windows 64-bit.

I been using the computer in desktop mode, and even write. But the moment I put the laptop ( fold) on table mode and write it turns black ( after one minute it happens) , but I know the computer is one because of lights, and you see the lights at the interior of the screen, even though you see it black.

Thanks for your time.
