Hello there, i would like some help or thoughts on my problem. Has anyone encountered these random problems with his Graphics card?Out of nowhere, i see these RGB lines or blurred screen. Also this thing doesnt stay there, when i move the mouse cursor, it goes way.But still i can see something is wrong around a window or at the "X" button of a window in the corner. Also on HP Assistant, all tests pass successfully. What should I do?

Thank you in advance.problemscreen.pngproblemscreen2.pngproblemscreen3.png

@triantasam I suggest you reduce the visual effects of windows and check if the issue persists, considering you've run the tests and it has passed, you've brilliantly confirmed that this is not a hardware issue, hence, let's try the below steps:

  • Go to Start Menu > click on Settings.
  • Type performance > choose to Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows.
  • In the new window, go to the Visual Effects and select Adjust for best performance.
  • click Apply and OK,
  • Also, update all available Windows and HP updates using the HP Support Assistant.

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
