Product: HP ENVY - 17m-bw0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello on my HP ENVY - 17m-bw0013dx Product number: 3WF11UA#ABA
- There are some times when Im using any program that uses the NVIDIA GPU the system will work fine and then it will start overheating on the area on top of the keyboard. On the screen Im able to see like someone ise touching the screen and is like fast touching and it will not allow you to press anything on the keyboard, and the only way to fix it is to turn it off with the power button, let it cool for a few minutes and then restart it and it will work fine again
im attaching the video of the issue - latest firmwares applied and updates
also this also happened when the computer was running Windows 10
