Ultrabook 15J18EA#ACB

I've bougt the ultrabook 15J18EA#ACB S/N [Personal Information Removed]in RK,but after a few months I understood that the camera didn't work. I went to ALSI service (autorize on the Kazakstanregion). They made a survey and open the Order number [Personal Information Removed], and as a result the camera does't work. They order the nessesary details,. But then my friends find the problem on my ultrabook and it was only swith off the camera roll on the right side of my ultrabook. Is it fraud on the part of an authorized center? what should I do with it? I ask you to take measures to an authorized center that writes off a workable product as not working. With best regards.
