I bought for laptop hp notebook - 15-bs035ne
When you download the definitions, you find that the graphics card is of type r7 m340 4gb ddr3
But it must be radeon 530 4gb ddr3
Is this a mistake in the graphics card?
Or the problem in definitions such as the problem that got to member Mandetah

Hi,
The graphics card in the PC is
AMD Radeon™ 530 Graphics (4 GB DDR3 dedicated)
It is not being recognized properly by AMD drivers. I believe the graphics chip is actually the same (maybe this is what is causing the problem).
Try going into device manager (right click on start and click on device manager). Now go to graphics adapter and right click on the video card (device) and click on update driver and click on search online. This might solve the problem of recognition. In any case I believe the driver is the same for both video cards, so there should not be any performance problem.
Hope it helps,
David
