Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I did a clean install of Windows 10 64-bit from a laptop using a bootable flash drive. After installation in the device manager, in the "Video Adapters" section, there was only the basic Microsoft driver. I decided to update it. I connected to the network and in the same place (in the device manager) updated it, but after updating and rebooting the laptop hung every 2 seconds. I rolled back the driver and updated it in Windows Update, after rebooting the same problem - every 2 seconds the laptop freezes up. Then I went to your website, entered the laptop model and found the drivers for this laptop there, found the graphics driver an d downloaded it, then opened it, the installation started and during it the death screen appeared. I rolled back the laptop to the recovery point created before the driver update. Then I decided to try to download the driver from the Amd site - first I downloaded the automatic update for the video driver, downloaded the driver in it, and again every 2 seconds it crashed. Then on the site I selected my radeon r5 m330 graphics card, downloaded the same problem. Previously, whenever I reinstalled Windows (but I didn’t do it through a bootable USB flash drive, as this time) the video card driver was already installed, that is, the device manager did not have a basic video driver, but the video card driver. Help me please. Maybe your database has the same driver that was originally on the laptop? Sorry for my English, as I translated everything in Google translator)

Welcome to HP Community

Did you create the Bootable Flash Drive or did you order it from HP?

I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook

  1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

Click Updates in the My notebook pane

  2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

Updates list in HP Support Center

  3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

  4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

  5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also ensure Windows is up to date.

Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊
