My touchpad doesn't work,again. First thing first, after latest Windows update my touchpad went nuts. The cursor was jumping around the screen, again might I add. I've downloaded the latest driver from HP website, because it helped me last time, (well I've installed and reinstalled it multiple times) now I see this joyful message “This driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.18363)”. What should I do now?

@ValeO97,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand you are facing issues with the touchpad on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tested with an external mouse?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and perform a system restore back to the date when the touchpad was working fine and check if it helps.

@ValeO97,

I recommend you install all the Windows updates including optional and check if it helps.

Here is how it is done.

Open the Settings menu and go to Update & security > Windows Update. Click Check for updates to prompt your PC to scan for the latest updates. The update will be downloaded and installed automatically. Click Restart Now to restart your PC and complete the installation process.
