Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

I am new in my company and got 2 monitors, a HP ProBook 450 5G notebook and a HP USB-C 4G docking station for my workstation. Now I wanted to connect everything but I have a problem.
When I connect the docking station to my laptop nothing happens. I have connected both screens individually to the laptop with the HDMI cable and both work. When I connect the docking station with the USB cable to the laptop nothing happens, but in the device manager I see that it is at least recognized. I have downloaded and installed all the drivers for the device. Still no change.
What else can I try? Or what other sources of interference could I investigate?
I would be very grateful for support 🙂
