Probook 450 G3
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I recently upgraded from a Probook 4540s to a newer 450G3 with both running Win7 Pro 64bit.  I'm struggling with the new 450G3 and feel it's a driver issue rather than a touchpad issue, although I could be mistaken.

I've searched HP and Synaptics websites for assistance with no success. Maybe someone here can assist. Here are the issues I'm experiencing on a continual basis.

*Touchpad "accuracy" seems really poor
-missed taps on pad and left click button
-cursor jumps about screen
-cursor doesnt always move with finger swipe
-sometimes right click menu pops up when swiping with finger, absolutely not hitting right click button

*Cursor scroll image freezes on screen (most annoying thing)
-When two finger scrolling, the cursor image will freeze a phantom image onto the screen. It only happens on scrolling function with the scrolling cursor image.  When images freeze on screen I still have functionality of the cursor.  It's just that I have these cursor scroll box images overlaying whatever I'm doing which gets annoying.  When you hover over the frozen image it shows the circular busy cursor image.  Sometimes there will be 3 or more frozen images on screen which overlay almost any program you open. I can clear them by ending the SynTPEnh.exe process in task manager which starts itself back up immediately. I really like the two finger scrolling and would hate to have to resort to other methods.

I'm currently running the latest Synaptics driver 19.0.19.43 and have also tried to rollback the driver.  Also updated Bios to 1.11.  Nothing has helped. I've run the diagnostics on the touchpad and did not have any of the functionality issues, although you lose the synaptics enhancements. Same when using the touchpad in safe mode.

I've tried disabling a variety of Synaptics functions with no success.

Anybody experience the same or have a solution?
