Probook 4540S
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi,

I ve been using a Probook 4540s from the year 2013. Today while I was reading a book (offline) my display stated to give some unclear pictures. Pictures were moving up and down and gave overlapped scences. Please refer the attached GIF or click here to understand the scenario (Link to GIF https://giphy.com/gifs/QzGO4cPW76wUM )

I updated the Intel Video Driver also but it could not solve the issue. Then I restarted the computer. During the boot process I realized it is not a software issue as the dispaly was acting the same. I feel this is like a hardware issue in the display or the ribbon cable.

Please look at this and help me solve the case. Highly appreciate your coordiantion on this.

Thanks,

Isuru
