HP Recommended

I have a Hp Chromebook and its been like this for a while now but I'm a college student and I need a working laptop camera but anyways Everytime I open my camera, it just shows a camera in the middle and the screen is just black. When I go to my settings and look for my camera it says " No Camera ". How do i fix this ? There's no physical/internal damage, one day it just stopped working and never came back on. Please someone help me. Me restarting my laptop does not help so please don't say that.
