Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-k0000 (665B4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I sent my laptop under warranty for repair due to the screen not  closing properly. I got a message saying please contact hp , processing details : Pure Misuse. The laptop is still basically  new , there is 0 scartch anywhere. I'm trying to contact through different platforms , but got 0 response. I dont know if I can post my case number here.
