Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

    Suddenly my second screen stopped working after a restart, I checked VGA driver i found it become "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" , I tried to install latest driver version from HP and Nvidia websites with no success

I updated Bios to ver f.62

I couldn't update VGA Bios so its date is 12/23/11

I tried to install driver version 332.21 , 353.62 , 353.30 and 353.82 but didn't work

It just stop give me this error "nvidia installer cannot continue this graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware"

here is my product number 

EliteBook 8760w - WX7200AV

 

Any clue ?
