Hi,

 

Did you ever get this issue resolved. I'm not as tecnical as your posts suggest you are, however after using a travel hub for the on holiday with a 49 inch TV, I cannot reset the resolution to an accetable aspect ratio on both screens at once using windows 10.

 

Any hints woudl be appricated.

@PraksP I'm jumping into this conversation as the last person on the original post had responded 2yrs back and may or may not be active anymore,

That said, I suggest you use the original power adapter send via HP rather than the travel hub as the power may not be adequate.

 

Also, if you could update your graphics card, chipset and the BIOS using the HP website: Click here and then change the aspect ratio/resolution it should work.
