Hi Team,

I have received faulty web camera for my VICTUS laptop serial number REMOVED which i have purchased from HP ONLINE STORE 

I opted HP online store to purchase genuine with quality HP laptop, that the reason i have avoided purchasing in E COMMERCE website alos HP OFFLINE STORES available is the city.

Even though i received not even installed web camera, also i much worried how HP production unit has not performed quality control (QC) checks. Also i worried how HP quality assurance ( QA) team has provided clearance to dispatch faulty prodcution from its prestigious production unit.

 

Need your support in getting the QC parameters check report pertaining to my laptop serial number REMOVED

While we fully understand your request for the Quality Control (QC) parameters check report, we would like to clarify that every HP laptop undergoes standard automated quality assurance tests before shipment. In rare cases, hardware defects like an unresponsive or non-installed webcam may occur despite these measures, and for that, we sincerely apologise.

Please let us know what error you are facing when you try to use the webcam. We can try to help solve it.
