Dear Sir,
I have purchased one HP laptop 250( 13/12th/8GB/512GB) Dos/ 1 Yr/ CND3372CY8 on the date of 25th may 2024 ( Recpt Attached for your reference) from the M/s Modi solutions Noida sector 27 , But in a day or 2 I have found tat it's webcam is not working , I tried to get it activated through my IT  Team expert but failed  they noticed that  CAM is not found in hardware. Please REPLACE the Laptop.

Therefore I am reporting this matter to your kind information and notice to REPLACE THE LAPTOP with correct and perfect configuration machine as it is still under warranty for replacement norms.  
Please provide me a same replacement of laptop ASAP as it is badly affecting & hampering  my official work

What is your machine ?    Please use the following way to find out:

It may have a lens cover. Please check that first.
