Replace a touchscreen with a non touch

I have an old 11-v020wm  with a touch screen, out of warranty.

The screen is cracked. 

Can I replace this touch screen with a non touch screen, since the non touch is much cheaper...for example using hp part # 762229-007 ?

Yes, you can purchase the non-touch screen.
