HP Stream Notebook - 11-r050sa (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

First of all I would just like to say this is probably a long shot, but I was wondering if anybody knew how I could get my hands on an LCD Replacement for my stream notebook. I have had it for years and I am aware it is now extremely outdated, but it is still something that is very much in usable condition - other than the obvious issue with the damaged screen. Currently I am using a HDMI to cast the display to my TV but this is not practical for regular usage. I have seen replacements being sold from third party vendors on eBay, but I am not sure which would be the best option for this. Any help would be appreciated!

Go to the below site and put in your serial number and look for the display screen part number

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/

If  more than one listed then pick the one that matches your system such as touch or non-touch

I suspect your is non-touch and "29.5 cm (11.6") diagonal HD anti-glare WLED-backlit (1366 x 768)"

but you miight have the more expensive one that has touch screen.

There is a disassembly video here

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uYYdfIWNV1Q

a newer video here

I recommend you disassemble the laptop and find the HP part number of the screen.  For example, the first video I listed show the following label on the back of the screen

BeemerBiker_0-1705267919500.png

that part is somewhat cheap https://www.google.com/search?q=n116bge-l32

If your location is asia then Aliexpress

but be sure to contact that AliExpress vendor to be sure the part number will be the same
