Right side hinge

Right side hinge on laptop so tight it cracked corner, was sent in for repair when first purchased it was separating the base of the laptop, thought is was resolved and was supposed to be tight but now cracked. tried calling to get a live person to talk to cant get through tried a few numbers and it sends me virtual assistant and hangs up. Laptop works great but i feel hinge was defective from the beginning. warranty has expired I am hoping HP will repair for me but can not get through
