Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC

Our customer's display screen sometimes may flicker. It happens randomly. I want to add further information; I shut down the display(physically) and opened the screen it solves the problem for a while. However, It continues.

 

The latest bios applied.

the latest drivers applied.

my OS is: Windows 11 pro 22h2

 

If anyone has had this issue before, Sharing some information about the solution would be great. 

 I am waiting for your advice guys.
