HP Recommended

I have a SPECTRE  x360 intel Core i7 7th Gen - Model#:13-w013dx, I have tried absolutely EVERYTHING recommended here in the forums (updated drivers, Device Manager uninstall/reinstall, restarted computer multiple times, went to Settings and 'allow Access', etc). I'm currently using Windows 10 because my system is stating it isn't compatible for Windows 11. However, my laptop webcam was working fine almost a year ago and when I went to turn it on for Microsoft Teams, it was coming up black even though it showed the red lights indicating it was ON but nothing was coming up on the screen?  It is even showing up as a black screen on the actual Camera app through the Start menu.  I DO NOT have any kill switch or lens cover for the webcam either on this model! I'm not sure how to continue to Troubleshoot this when I've tried every recommendation/steps on here and can't contact HP Support since you have to pay for it. Please help if there's anything else.
