Product: Spectre 15-blxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The buttons on my 1MR94AA#ABL pens will not work on my Spectre x360 bl-15xx. The clicks are registered, but neither of the two buttons perform the assigned action, not even the original. It will not work on desktop, chrome, or even Photoshop Is there anything I can do to remedy the issue?
