HP Recommended

My laptop will turn on, but won’t take me to the login screen. When i turn it on, it goes to the hp loading screen, goes black, and then goes back to the loading screen. If you know how to fix, please respond.

Hi,

First, try performing HP hardware diagnostics on the system at boot to see if there are any hardware problems.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continously keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.
