Hi, 

 

After consulting the Maintenance and Service Guide for my product, I purchased a stylus based on the part number found there,   910942-00. I cannot get the stylus to work. I've changed the battery, uninstalled and reinstalled the touch screen driver,  and checked for driver/software updates. I would like to confirm that the part number is correct, and need to get this working as soon as possible.  I'm happy to purchase a different stylus if I know it works.  Touchscreen with finger pads works perfectly.  Anything else I can try? Is there any setting that might have gotten turned off accidentally or anything?
