I purchased my Laptop last June. It fell from a table and the screen popped out of it's case, the power plug bent, and 1 key is sticking. (okay that was something else, but needs repair)
I called Sam's Club, they told me to contact HP. I contact HP, and they say my device isn't warrantied for damage. I contact Square Trade and they can't find the policy. I have the receipt. The only reason I bought HP again was due to the 2 year warranty. Who is going to fix my laptop? Please advise.
