Product: hp da2080
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this compoter for my kids. They using it for lessons form 'zoom'. But, there is a soun problem. They can hear teacher sound but their teacher can't hear them when they are talking. When they use headphone their teacher can hear but without hand phone the problem accure.

I would appriciate if anyone help me about this problem.

You have to turn on (or use) Audio on Zoom session

 

          zoom sound.png

 

You can also test Audio before the session
