HP ENVY - 13-ah0003na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a line of scratches across the touch screen where is must touch the metal casing at the bottom of the keyboard when it is shut. I don't shut the computer that often but these little scratches in a line are getting worse. This is a design flaw (not a fault) that has damaged the screen and should not have been allowed to happen. Has anyone been able to get some support from HP even after the year warranty had expired?
