Product: HP Envy

I've had an issue develop with my 13" HP Envy Laptop. The screen is coming out of the metal casing both in the bottom right and left hand corners of the laptop. There also seems to be a problem with the hinges as the laptop no longer opens and closes smoothly. Looking online it seems that many people have had similar problems with this make of laptop. It's really disappointing that I'm having these problems as I have taken good care of my laptop and as it was expensive I expected better. Seeing online how often this problem occurs I'm surprised they haven't been recalled. I hope to get in contact with the right people to sort this issue.
