HP Pavilion x 360

I have the HP Pavillion x360 laptop.  The screen on this laptop can flip to turn into a tablet.  I have only had this computer for a little over a year and have barely flipped the screen.  The bottom left-hand corner has popped out and I cannot click on that side of the screen and it cracks every time I open the laptop.  I am not sure what to do as my warranty, of course, expired after one year and I do not want to buy a whole new laptop.  I cannot get a hold of HP to speak with someone in person.  I brought it to Best Buy and they said they think it is a production malfunction.  Does anyone else have this problem?
