Screen Flickering, Blank screen, Caps lock blinking

I dont know what is going on with this laptop. When ever I try to play a game the screen flickers and freezes. Upon rebooting the caps lock key blinks. I tried call hp NO HELP. I only had this machine for a month. Never again.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is freezing when you try playing a game.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Is the computer booting to Windows? If yes, then I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
