In my laptop since a long time after I formated using the usb windows 11. My laptop screen randomly goes black and keyboard doesn't work nor the touchpad and also no cursor is there on screen.
I have tried reinstalling graphics driver, hard reset but nothing worked. Also win11 and drivers are fully updated according to support assistance and windows update.
thank you.

Hi @Aasshh,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a performance issue with your OMEN Laptop - 15-En0001ax. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Update the BIOS, & Chipset drivers to resolve this issue
- Here's the link to download and install the above updates: Click here
If the issue persists, then Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool and Update Windows.
- Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them
- Also, open HP Support assistant on your PC and run the Performance tune-up check.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Indeed, HP has to come with a sollution. These topics are repeatily posted. Why doesnt HP do something about that?
Intel has the right drivers (newer version), but Windows Update keeps installing/overwriting the bad ones!
