Screen Problem

Hello to everyone, I want to ask if this is a problem or i can resolve. My screen of my laptop the right and down side fit but up and right side a have a small black gap . its look like dont fit

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Actually not pop up. Its look like that i dont have the right resolution so in the right and up side of the screen i have a small black gap. I try all the settings but nothing.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

I updated bios and graphic card drivers but nothing.
