I am not asking for help. I don't appreciate how the HP Envy screen saver shows certain pictures and will keep popping up until I answer, "yes" or "no." For example, it will show a picture of nature in China and ask that question. I shouldn't have to answer or even ask another person for a way to shut it down. Just another waste of time on the internet.

Welcome to the HP English Community --
The screen saver and / or Lock Screen is in the control of Windows.
There is nothing on the Save or Lock screen that is controlled by HP.
Consider...
If you don't like the Screen Saver - switch it to None
Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen
Scroll down - Select Screen Saver > Select none > OK
If you don't like the Lock Screen - switch it to a single picture of your choice.
A black picture works, too. Just pick a photo you can tolerate and use that as your Lock Screen photo.
Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen > Choose a photo
