Screen cracked for the second time in the same place.

HP Spectre 360 convertible

My touch screen is cracked again.  I had it replaced when the screen cracked for no apparent reason about 6 months after I purchased it.  Then to my horror, not long after I had the screen replaced it cracked AGAIN, in the same place!!   Has anyone else had this happen?  Is HP offering any restitution to those of us who repeatedly suffer this screen design flaw.  I am totally unable to use the touchscreen feature with this giant crack stretching from bottom left up thru the middle and to the top of the screen.  What a waste of  a lot of money.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

I have exactly the same issue, I look after my laptop with high care and woke up this morning with the crack I have not even had this laptop for a year yet. Disgusting quality.
