Product: HP Probook 450 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok guys

My  problem is, I brought a brand new laptop, and whenever I close the lid and open it, by pressing the power  button the screen is a grey flickering mess with vertical and horizontal lines

I can move the mouse pointer which is not exactly a pointer but rather a glitchy cube 

Please help
