Microsoft Windows 11

I have received my daughters new 2022 HP Envy 2-in-1 flip laptop with Windows 11 Home installed just a few days ago.  She has noticed while using it the screen will go black for a few seconds and then come back.  Is there something I can do to fix it or does the laptop need to go back?  Thank you.

I see that you are facing black screen-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

 

Since it is a new system, I would suggest you please use the link below and update all the drivers. Once done, let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

I did go to the HP site provided to update all of the drives however once I clicked update it returned that all of drivers were already up-to-date.  The problem still exists, what else can I do?
