All of a sudden screen is very huge and bright. Cannot change resolution or brightness.

Hi @SandyVC,
There are two drivers to install Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD Driver and NVIDIA GeForce Video/Graphics Driver. this link will start the download for you.
If this does not solve your issue you will have to contact Microsoft.

Thank you for your reply. I went to device manager and did what the video said. It tells me that my device is up-to-date.
But Under display adapters is --Intel(R) HD Graphics with a yellow triange and an exclamation point inside the triange.
I also went to Adjust performance settings and clicked on Adjust for best performance. I shut down and started but nothing changed. Screen is still huge and very bright.

Hi @SandyVC,
Thanks for getting back to me.
The next step would be to go to the device manager and delete the drive with the yellow triange.
Go to HP.com support find the video driver, download and install for windows 7 as HP does not have Windows 10 drivers.
