Hello! So my laptop’s screen popped out when i was opening it. I don’t know how it happened although i take careful of my laptop. When i tried to close it, it made some cracking noise. But there isn’t any problem with my laptop until now. It has been two days that i fear to close the screen because i do not know if it will break or whatever. So i just want to know if i can get it fixed. I still have the hp guarantee. It is just been 3 months that i bought this laptop. And i think it is a problem from the manufacturer because i have seen a lot of persons sharing the same problem. As soon as i bought the laptop, i am having problem with it. Firstly, the screen blurred when i was on zoom. Sometimes, my screen turns black for a minute and bugged although i am just using Word. I am really having problems with this hp laptop. I paid near 900$ for this laptop so i thought it will be the perfect one but it seems that it is really not. So i just want to know what should i do to avoid breaking the screen or causing other problems. Thank you.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
