We are having display issues with this PC : S/N > [[Personal Information Removed]]

 

Marks appear regularly on the screen. It starts out as dots on the top of the screen and evolves into a large trace that eventually disappears. I have already installed the latest Windows updates and the latest HP drivers but nothing. Can you help us ?
