I installed fresh windows 10 on my "HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0013dx" since I had too many experimental softaware causing noise recently. After the installation I allowed all upgrads to windows which is now "Windows 10 Home" - version "21H1".
I installed HP support assistance and Intel driver assistance but cannot get the resolution higher than 1920 * 1080. I believe the display earlier was higher. Can somebody guide? My processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz 1.50 GHz with Intel Iris Plus Graphics.

You're welcome.
Yes usually windows will reset the icons, writing and other stuff to a higher % as to be more visible.
My FHD HP with new install is set automatically to 125%
You can change in Windows settings > system > Display.
Take care,
David
