HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eh0000 (9WD46AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop, right around mid brightness, starts flashing severely, to the point of it being unusable, and the only time it doesn't flash is when im able to adjust the brightness to near completely dark. It flashes on every screen, start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting menu, control panel, ive even completely hard reset the laptop, as much as i was able to in the troubleshooting startup menu. Is there anything i can do without taking it to a shop? Is a part broken?
