I got the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen (Silver) (3J123AA) for my computer, I was looking for videos and HP forums, but I couldn't find how to pair it, so I contacted customer service, and they told me that this device doesn't need to be pair, once it's fully charged just touch the screen with the pen, and it worked.
